Terms of sale and refund policy

2. The service: optional AI help preparing your CV, cover letter and application-form answers for one job, from your own information only. We do not find work for you, do not apply on your behalf, and do not promise an interview or a job. Job listings, apply links, and writing and downloading your CV are always free, and no purchase is a condition for any of them.
3. What the fee is for: the fee pays only for the tools that prepare your documents (CV, cover letter and form answers). Zaayt is not an employment or recruitment agency: it does not refer you to an employer, takes no fee for getting a job or an interview, and does not share your CV or information with employers.
4. Credits: one credit prepares the documents for one job. Each service up to 3 times for the same job: an initial version and 2 retries for the tailored CV, the cover letter, and the form answers, without another credit. After a service exhausts its tries, you may choose a new round for the same job for one credit at its first successful result. Unused tries from the previous round do not carry over. Manual editing and downloads are free; technical failures or wholly refused results do not use a try. A credit is used when the first result for that job is delivered, and is not used if preparation fails. Paid credits never expire. The free welcome credits (5) are valid for 30 days from their first use.
5. Prices in Canadian dollars: 20-credit top-up for $10.00 CAD; 45-credit top-up for $20.00 CAD; Monthly plan: 75 credits a month for $30.00 CAD.
6. Payment: on Stripe’s secure payment page. We never see or store your card number.
7. Monthly plans renew each month on their start date at the same price until you cancel, and their credits are added after each payment. We email you a reminder 3 days before each renewal. You can cancel the renewal at any time from the smart application assistant with the “Cancel plan” button; the plan stays active until the end of the paid month and all your credits stay with you.
8. Refunds: (1) We refund unused top-up credits if you ask within 14 days of buying them. (2) A preparation that fails is never charged. (3) For monthly plans we do not refund part of the current month unless the law requires it. (4) If the law gives you a right to cancel, for example because you did not receive a copy of these terms or information was missing before you paid, we refund you within 15 days. (5) Write to support@zaayt.com; refunds go back to the same card.
9. Changes to prices or terms: we email you 30 to 90 days in advance, with the new wording and the date it applies. You can cancel before then at no cost; if you do nothing, your plan continues on the new terms from the next renewal.
10. Your part: check everything the assistant prepares before you use it; you are responsible for what you send to an employer. You answer residency, work-permit, salary and similar questions yourself; the assistant never answers them.
11. Your copy: we email these terms with the receipt for every payment. There is no mandatory arbitration, and you may review the service anywhere. The consumer protection law of your province applies.
