Pharmacy licensing in OntarioChecked roadmap

Where you are, what is left and what you can do in parallel: from official sources.

Full roadmap checked against official sources

We checked this roadmap’s official sources between October 8, 2026 and October 9, 2026.

Have you finished your pharmacy degree?

Why we ask: PEBC allows a conditional Document Evaluation for people still completing their program outside Canada and the US.

Are you licensed as a pharmacist now?

Why we ask: It decides whether you send licensing statements, a statutory declaration, or both.

Have you passed the PEBC Evaluating Examination?

Why we ask: Its last sitting is October 15, 2026, with results on November 5, 2026. Those who passed it have special rules. If you are still waiting for your result, answer “No” until it comes out.

Up to $30,000 for exam fees, training and tuition, through organisations such as Windmill (Canada-wide), Achēv (Ontario), ISANS (Atlantic), SEED (Manitoba), ISSofBC and PICS (BC). Terms and eligibility depend on your status; the page has a search tool for providers near you.
