What does a credit buy?

One credit prepares the documents for one job: a tailored CV, a cover letter and form answers. It is used when the first result for that job is delivered; failed preparation does not use a credit.

Each service up to 3 times for the same job: an initial version and 2 retries for the tailored CV, the cover letter, and the form answers, without another credit.

What exactly do you pay for?

The fee pays only for the tools that prepare your documents: the CV, the cover letter and the form answers. Zaayt is not an employment or recruitment agency: we do not refer you to an employer, take no fee for getting a job or an interview, and do not share your CV or information with employers.

Common questions

1. How do I cancel a plan? In the assistant, under «Your account and credits», press «Cancel plan». It stays active until the end of the paid month, and your credits stay with you.
2. Do you give refunds? We refund unused top-up credits if you ask within 14 days. Details in the terms of sale and refund policy.
3. Do credits expire? Paid ones never do. Only the welcome credits last 30 days, counted from the first time you use one.
4. Do you keep my CV? No. Your CV stays on your device. We keep only the balance and the payments. Privacy policy.
5. Do you apply for me? No. We prepare the documents and you press «send» on the employer’s page. We do not promise an interview or a job.
