Preparing for a specific job?One credit per job

Add the job link or posting. The assistant highlights your relevant experience, instead of using the same CV for every role.

  • A CV tailored to the posting, from your real information.
  • A cover letter explaining how your experience fits.
  • Application-form answers based on your experience.

Tailoring is optional. You can still write, edit and download your CV for free.

When is a credit spent? Are retries free?

Adding a job link is free. One credit is spent when the first result for that job arrives. It covers the CV, letter and answers.

Each includes the first version and two retries at no extra credit. Manual edits are always free.

Buying more credits does not reset retries for the same job.

New accounts get 5 welcome credits, valid for 30 days from first use. After that, top up 20 credits for $10.00 CAD; paid credits never expire. See the prices

Why do we not apply for you? Because Job Bank’s terms of use forbid any automated or AI tool applying for a person, and LinkedIn and Indeed have similar terms. So we prepare your documents, and you apply yourself on the employer’s page.

Privacy: Your CV, letters and applications are saved on this device only; we keep none of them. When you ask for a line in English, your CV prepared for a job, a letter or form answers, only the needed text, without your name, phone or email, is sent with the posting to be worded by AI to be worded, and we keep none of it. Details in the privacy policy.

Free résumé help also exists at IRCC-funded settlement agencies, the YMCA and Job Bank’s Resume Builder. This assistant is in Arabic and for our community; it does not replace them.

How is a Canadian CV different from ours?

Back homeIn Canada
Photo, date of birth, marital status, religionNone of them. Provincial human rights codes restrict what employers may ask; the details vary by province.
Every job since the beginningPrioritize relevant experience, most recent first. Length depends on your background and the role; review every page before sending.
“I was responsible for…”Describe what you did and the tools you used. Add a known volume or evidenced result; specific descriptions also work without numbers.
One CV for every jobAdjust the summary and skills to each posting, in its own words; «Prepare my CV for this job» does that from your words.
References on the CVGive them when asked; do not write “References available”.
  1. A degree from abroad? If you have a WES or regulator assessment, put it under the degree. See Professional licensing if your profession is regulated.
  2. Apply on the employer’s page. You press “send”, not us. One letter per job; never the same letter to twenty companies.
  3. Follow up after 7 to 10 days. A short email from the tracker step. No reply? That is normal; record it and move on.
  4. Do not rely on the CV alone. Professional connections can help you discover opportunities; exchange experience in Your community.

Please note: The smart application assistant is for information and help only. Zaayt is not a recruiter, does not find work for you, does not apply on your behalf, and does not promise an interview or a job. The fee pays only for the tools that prepare your documents (CV, cover letter and form answers), never for getting a job or an interview, and we do not share your CV or information with employers.
